About Us
Located on over ten beautifully landscaped acres in the heart of Boca Raton, the exclusive gated community of Santa Barbara welcomes you. We’re supremely located between 95 and the turnpike, near the Boca Town Center Mall, beaches, restaurants, shopping and A-rated schools, yet tucked away in a quiet community of friendly people of all ages.
Our neighborhood features a brand new, totally renovated clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool and four newly refurbished clay tennis courts. 24-hour gated security provides peace of mind to the occupants of the 241 private residences located within. The homeowners’ association is well-funded, providing individual home security, cable television, landscaping and maintenance of all public areas.
